Feastie Sip & Snack Festival

As the founder of Evelyn Chick Projects (ECP), Evelyn leads a premier hospitality agency offering beverage consultancy, event management, and custom cocktail experiences. She also runs Ahma, a pop-up event space, and Simpl Things, a day-to-night bar in Parkdale. Additionally, she recently authored and published 'For The Love of Cocktails'.

In our inaugural year, ECP launched FEASTIE, a food festival created to highlight diverse foods from local, BIPOC, and female-owned small businesses. This 'sip & snack fest' also features perfectly curated drinks, including premium cocktails, craft beer, and natural wines, specifically paired to complement the festival's food offerings.
